Kindly contact the store or your point of purchase regarding returns.

Please do not ship back any merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It is necessary to contact VOLT’D or the store you purchased the item from to receive an RMA number. Items sent back without an appropriate RMA number may experience delays in response. Neither VOLT’D nor our suppliers can provide any guarantees on speed or resolution for items sent to us without a valid RMA number.
