At VOLT’D, we stand behind the products we distribute. Where applicable for example Mechanical, and performance parts), they are accompanied by warranties against manufacturing defects for specific durations - as indicated in the listing as well as on the package.

Retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase when contacting VOLT’D with a warranty claim.Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase and corresponding serial numbers may not be approved.

Warranty and Returns Process:

Submit your warranty claim requests to: support@volt-d.com with “warranty” in the subject line. When submitting a warranty claim, please attach a copy of your original purchase receipt and cite the serial numbers (where applicable) of the items you are making the warranty claim on.

For offline or store purchases:
Kindly contact the store or your point of purchase regarding returns.

Please do not ship back any merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It is necessary to contact VOLT’D or the store you purchased the item from to receive an RMA number. Items sent back without an appropriate RMA number may experience delays in response. Neither VOLT’D nor our suppliers can provide any guarantees on speed or resolution for items sent to us without a valid RMA number.

Parts must remain in their unopened original packaging with seals intact. Items that have been installed or used in any way may not be applicable for returns. Items must be returned with their original packaging intact - including all bags and accompanying material.

Apparel:
Apparel must remain unworn with original tags attached. Items must be returned with their original packaging intact - including all bags and accompanying material.
